Terms Of Use

Listening & Preparation

Before requesting a revision, please take adequate time to listen to the full mix or master in a proper listening environment. We recommend spending 2–3 days reviewing the track to ensure your feedback is accurate and well considered.

Careful listening helps avoid unnecessary revisions and ensures that all requested changes are carefully considered before submission.

Submitting A Revision Request

Your first revision request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the completed mix or master. All revision requests must be submitted using the official revision form—requests sent via email will not be accepted.

Your feedback must be clear, specific, and actionable, using correct terminology whenever possible. Please include the track or stem names and precise timestamps for each requested change, and ensure all desired adjustments are included in a single submission.

Revision Scope & Limits

While we advertise unlimited free revisions, most projects are typically completed within one or two revisions. This helps keep the process efficient and ensures timely delivery for all clients.

Revisions are intended to refine the existing mix or master. Requests that significantly alter the artistic direction or go beyond the original project scope may require additional discussion.

Revision Timeline

Each revision may take up to 5 working days to complete. Once you receive a revised version, you will have 5 days to review it and submit a follow‑up revision request if needed.

If no further feedback is received within this time frame, the project may be considered complete.

Revision Period & Agreement

The free revision period expires if:

  • The first revision is not requested within 7 days
  • A follow‑up revision is not requested within 5 days of receiving the previous revision
  • Both parties agree that the project is finished

By submitting a revision request, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Revision Policy Terms of Use.

Turnaround & Revisions FAQ...

Everything You Need To Know

Turnaround Time – When Will I Get My Finished Mix / Master?

We aim to deliver your finished mix or master within five business days. The standard turnaround time for each service is clearly listed on its respective product page, and mixing projects may take longer if extensive edits are needed.

If you have a specific deadline, simply let us know during checkout or when uploading your files, and we’ll do our best to meet it. For faster delivery, you can also book an express turnaround as a mixing or mastering add‑on. Please note that turnaround times may increase when booking multiple services or multiple songs at once.

What Versions Of The Mix Will Be Printed?

Your engineer will always deliver a full final mix of your song.

If you need alternate versions—such as instrumentals, acapellas, clean or radio edits—these can be ordered separately as mixing add‑ons.

> Mixing Add-Ons

Do You Offer Alternate Mix Versions?

Yes. If you need alternate versions—such as instrumentals, acapellas, clean versions, or radio edits—you can easily add them through our mixing add‑ons.

If you’re unsure which version you need or have a special request, feel free to contact us. We’re happy to help find the right solution for your project.

> Mixing Add-Ons

Can You Send Me Your Mixed Stems?

Yes—mixed stems can be ordered as a mixing add-on. During mixing, we create stems for all sections of your song and process them individually to prepare your mix for strategic mastering.

When exported, these mixed stems will play back exactly like the finished mix when imported into your DAW. If you need the stems delivered as separate files (for example, for external stem mastering or live performance use), simply add the “Mixed Stems Export” option to your mixing order.

> Mixed Stems Export

What Are The Terms Concerning Revisions?

We offer unlimited revisions per song, ensuring you’re fully satisfied with the final result. In most cases, projects are completed within one or two revision rounds.

If you request changes or have a specific sound in mind, please provide as much detail as possible—include stem names, timestamps, and clear descriptions to help the engineer address your feedback efficiently. A dedicated revision request form is available via the link below.

How Long Does A Revision Take?

Each revision may take up to five business days, depending on the scope of the requested changes. That said, revisions are typically completed much faster—often within 1–3 business days.

We prioritize revision requests over new orders whenever possible and will always do our best to respect any deadlines you’ve shared with us.
